EXCHANGES

At Chique by Patrice we want you to completely happy with your purchase as such we take pride in only shipping you high quality products in excellent condition. All products are examined before they are dispatched. Exchanges are at the stores discretion and will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please note, also that exchanges are based on availability of stock.

REFUND POLICY 

Please note that we do offer refunds. No Exceptions! By making purchase you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Item may be returned for exchane and store credit only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Final/Clearnce items are non refundable and may not be returned. Returns are not accepted on merchandise that has been worn, damaged, altered or washed. Items smelling or perfumes, cleaning products (like Febreze) and any other distinct odor will not be accepted. 

How long will it take me to get my order?

Please allow 2-3 days for processing. Once shipped standard shipping takes 2-7 business days and is dependent on the local postal system. International shipping times may vary and could take at least 2 weeks or more. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Chique by Patrice accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don't worry. While we do our best to ship all orders in one package there are times when orders will ship from different locations. 

What if something is wrong with my order?

Where is Chique by Patrice based?

We are located in Springfield, Georgia.

The site shows free shipping, so why do I have to pay for shipping for merch items (Sweatshirts and T-shirts)?

Unfortunately our merch items are shipped by a third party company. As a result, a shipping cost is attached to those purchases. 

 Do you ship to Jamaica?

Yes we do! We suggest using your ShipMe, MailPac accounts and so on as this may be more economical than shipping directly to you via DHL. At checkout enter your third party (Shipme, MailPac) address and your product will be routed there and then to Jamaica. Should you have any questions feel free to reach out to us.
